Treat yourself to peace of mind on your wedding day, knowing the team at Wilderness Ridge will be busy preparing your reception room for your arrival. Golf carts will be waiting at the front doors as you head out to take photos at various picturesque spots throughout the property. Parking is no worry for your guests as they begin to arrive with ample parking situated right in front of the clubhouse.

The Ceremony | Wedding Island

The Wedding Island at Wilderness Ridge is situated on the first hole of the Talon Course and provides picturesque views from every angle. After a walk down a stone path highlighted with blooming flower beds, your guests will be seated and waiting for you under a sprawling elm tree. Breathe in the beauty of nature as you say your vows overlooking one of our many beautiful ponds on the property.

Rental of the Wedding Island includes setup and teardown of up to 200 white wedding chairs (additional chairs may be rented from an outside vendor), gift table, unity candle table and a table for your own sound system. For your convenience, an electrical outlet is located on the island.

The Reception | Yellowstone Ballroom

The Yellowstone Ballroom is situated on the first floor of the clubhouse and overlooks the Championship Course. The Yellowstone Ballroom, built of natural timber and equipped with 32-foot vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, two walls of windows and a wraparound cedar deck, provides an exceptional experience second to none. You and your guests will enjoy the evening feeling as if you have been swept away into the mountains. The ballroom comfortably seats 230 guests and can be increased based on the type of reception you are planning.

With seven private rooms designed to accommodate groups of varying sizes, we look forward to the opportunity to provide the host location of your rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, retirement celebrations and any other reason to celebrate! We will guide you through the planning process of room selection, layout, menu recommendations and gather all of the details to execute a seamless celebration.
