Gather your friends and enjoy an evening of wine paired with five made-from-scratch courses presented by Restaurant Chef, Mike Perkins and Executive Sous Chef, George Looschen.

$75 per person, includes tax

Menu:

  • Fall greens and applewood bacon with walnut vinaigrette, toasted walnuts, brie crouton, and roasted beets, paired with Patz and Hall Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
  • Marelle escargot with garlic confit, thyme and pâte à choux, paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle Cold Creek Cabernet
  • Grapefruit compote with strawberry gastrique (to cleanse the palate)
  • Lamb chops with rosemary, garlic, balsamic and peppercorns, anna potato, and heirloom tomato frisee, paired with Spring Valley Nina Lee Syrah
  • Epoisses en croûte with honeycomb, macerated pear, and fines herbes, paired with Spring Valley Uriah Merlot Blend
  • Crème fraiche panna cotta with lemon shortbread, macerated stone fruits, and mint, paired with Prunotto Moscato d'Asti
