Summer is winding down. Before we hit the go-back-to-school slump, let’s reflect on our 2016 July weddings! Here are some special moments from their wedding days.

Matthew & Katlin Cunningham {07.02.16} Matthew and Katlin held their reception in the ballroom. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed games of corn hole on the patio and hopped in the photo booth for goofy pictures. Following their first dance, the bride and groom snuck away for private sunset pictures with their photographer. Finally, to celebrate the newlyweds there was a popper send-off! Shawn & Megan Levitt {07.08.16} Shawn and Megan held their ceremony in the ballroom. Champagne was given to guests as they entered for the ceremony. Once the newlyweds sealed their marriage with a kiss, attendees toasted to the couple. After the ceremony, party-goers feasted on an appetizer buffet including sweet chili glazed boneless wings, bite-sized beef wellingtons, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and house-baked pizza with hamburger, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Joshua & Paige Rauner {07.09.16} Joshua and Paige spent the morning getting ready at Wilderness Ridge. The bridal party snacked on a meat and cheese platter stocked with corn cob smoked ham, oven roasted turkey breast and roast beef with sliced cheese served with soft hand cut rolls. Guests kept cool with a water station on the Wedding Island. Following their ceremony, the bride and groom dismissed each row, greeting their family and friends. [Jami Leigh Photography]

Marc & Jasmine Vogelpohl {07.09.16} Marc and Jasmine held an intimate ceremony on the Island before moving inside for the reception. The bride and groom elected to have a nacho station for cocktail hour, including beef, salsa, house-made queso, shredded lettuce, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. They followed this with something sweet – a s’mores station on the patio. At the end of the night, bottle openers were sent home as favors for the attendees. [Jeremy Bower Photography]

Colt & Caroline Jamison {07.23.16} Colt and Caroline held their ceremony and reception in the ballroom. With the fireplace as their backdrop, they held a special knot tying unity ceremony before handing out posies to the parents and grandparents. Following the ceremony, guests exited onto the patio for cocktails and conversation. Once inside they dined on our herb and garlic-marinated grilled chicken with creamy cordon bleu sauce. Harrison & Marim Rana {07.24.17} Harrison and Marim held an early ceremony on the Island, complete with a floral arch for the backdrop. Later in the day, guests returned for the reception. The stage was set as the focal point with white columns, a couch, and a tulle backdrop with lights. Prior to dinner, guests enjoyed a musical performance and later in the evening a slideshow retold the newlyweds’ love story. [Zibloudil Photography]

Lane & Anna Baker {07.30.16} Lane and Anna had a picture-perfect day. Following their off-site ceremony, guests arrived on the patio for appetizers and cocktails. The bride and groom added a few personal touches to the ballroom, including shutters to hold the place cards, and bags of kettle corn placed at each setting as favors. They also had a homemade photo booth on the patio for everyone’s enjoyment! [Hanna Badir Photography]

Justin & Brandy Case {07.30.16} Justin and Brandy had a special ceremony on the Island. A horse and carriage delivered the bride to the Island in a magical precession. Following the ceremony, wedding-goers enjoyed appetizers and a plated meal in the Bitterroot room. After dinner, they indulged on cake and an ice cream station complete with chocolate, raspberry, and caramel sauces, and whipped cream. [Vanessa Thomas Photography]
